I teach you seven new habits to incorporate into your daily routine that will improve your overall wellness. Supporting your nutrition by eating mostly plant-based foods is also critical and I offer recipes and meal recommendations that help elevate your health through proper food intake.
Accountability is key to making positive changes. With weekly check-ins and goal evaluations, your continuous growth is my top priority. I provide you with tools, action steps, and proper timelines needed to make progress towards achieving your goals.
